Description
MTL.03.200M has a standard magnification range of 50X-500X (1000X and 1600X can be reached with optional eyepieces and objectives). It comes with wide field eyepieces, long working distance Plan achromatic objectives, a large mechanical stage, coaxial coarse and fine focusing system, and transmission illumination. This microscope is an ideal microscope for metallurgical labs, foundries for silicon wafer inspection, and quality control applications.
